We are glad you are here and hope we can answer some frequently asked questions.  To help you learn more about Storage-i65 and our services, we’ve put together this list.  Please feel free to call 812-MY-BOXES if you have questions that aren’t covered in this section.  We are real people who are here to help you on the phone or face-to-face with your storage needs.

Why Lease with us?  Price, Convenience and location!!!  We have a no-hassle simple 24/7 online system that allows you to rent 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Our facility is clean, well lit, secure, we never charge a deposit fee, and we give you a free lock.  We are privately owned, family oriented and support our local community.    


What are your hours?  We are technically open 24hrs a day 7 days a week.  You can rent from us anytime, day or night via our website.  To rent in person, you may come to the onsite office.  Office hours vary and are listed on our website: storage-i65.com


How Can I Reserve a Storage Space?  Via our website, phone, email or in person.  Website is the fastest and most efficient.


Can I Move in Today?  Yes, as long as we have availability.  


What Type of Storage do you have? We have self storage residential and commercial, Covered Boat/RV, and open storage (parking lot style).  At Storage-i65, you can store everything from a small car to a 55 ft motor coach, to an 18 wheel semi-truck and of course Boats!


What are your Self Storage Sizes?  Self storage sizes are:  10x10, 10x15, 10x20, 10x30, and 10x40 (with a door on each end).


Can I store a Car or Motorcycle? Yes.  We have open storage and self storage available.  If storing inside, we recommend a 10x20 for cars and a 10x10 for motorcycles.


Do I have to pay a Security Deposit?  No


How Do I Pay?  We prefer online via Direct Deposit, Debit or Credit Card.  You may also sign up for AutoPay.  We also take check/cash.


Do your Units have Electrical Outlets?  Most of the self storage units do not.  There are outlets in Boat/RV building.  If you need power, contact us and we will see what we can do to help.  If it is a long term lease, we will come up with a solution to get you an outlet.


What if I Lose my Access Code? You can log onto the website, go to your profile, and your access code will be listed there.  For simplicity, you will have one access code for all of your units.

Are there any Discounts?  Yes, we have pre-payment discounts.   5% off for prepayment of 6 months.  10% off for prepayment of 12 months.

How long do I have to stay?   Self Storage is one Month minimum.  Boat/RV is six month minimum.  


What are the lease terms?  Our units are rented two ways: Either month-to-month or a discounted prepaid long term lease. Your rental with us can be long or short–depending on your needs. Your rent will be due at the first of every month. For your convenience, we offer many payment options including the option to pre-pay for up to a year.


Do you offer the convenience of a long term lease?  Yes.  Long term leases are also discounted.  Customers with long-term needs may pay on a 6 month or yearly basis.


Does Storage-i65 Provide Locks?    Yes, a free lock is included with your rental. 


Do I Need to Give you a Copy of my Key or Combination?  No.  Storage-i65 does not want or need a copy of your key or your combination code to your lock.  


What if I am late making my payment?  Your monthly rent is due on the same day each month. Storage-i65 provides a day grace period before charging a late fee on the 5th day past a payment due date.  If you find that remembering to make payments is an issue, we suggest enrolling in Automatic Billing. Please note that until your account is paid in full, access to your unit may be denied.
